I find it quite fascinating that one can’t change the payment mode midway on Ola/Uber. Would you know what the business consideration there is? As much as a choice architect wants to *nudge* the customer towards a particular option, isn’t there merit in allowing for the customer to course-correct? I say this because this could very well be paternal in terms of choices offered, but be perceived as liberal. No?
