A lot of it reminded of us at UL, and you are right. Start early. And don’t stop talking ever is my recommendation too. Doesn’t matter if you aren’t the founder (I’m saying this because at some level, you are the founder and some amount of listening will happen because of that, atleast initially), but just keep speaking up. People will laugh, people will point out, but they will remember you the next time they discriminate, sub consciously even :)
